Solution: This eLearning course will provide managers with techniques that will aid them in managing their employees with emotional intelligence in mind.

Project Title: Food Safety Training: Food Temperature
Tools used in Development: Storyline by Articulate, Canva
My Role: Research, Design, Develop
Client: IDOL Academy Personal Project
Challenge: Each year, foodborne disease causes ∼76 million illnesses and ∼5000 deaths in the United States, many of which stem from undercooked foods.
Solution: One way to reduce this risk is to ensure that certain foods are cooked to a safe minimum temperature. Providing a food temperature training course will educate culinary employees about this topic and reduce the occurrence of foodborne illnesses.
